HALIFAX — Conservation Commission approves landscaping at Eighth Avenue property. Vice Chair Kathy Evans presided in the absence of Chair Edward Lane. The commission voted unanimously (4-0) to allow homeowner Eusebio Oliveira to loam and hydroseed his yard at 9 Eighth Avenue and plant a Red Maple tree, a Birch tree, and 16 Arborvitae shrubs on the residential property.
Two Notice of Intent hearings for Amanda's Way duplex projects continue to February 10, pending Outback Engineering peer review of wetland-buffer impacts.
