HALIFAX — Conservation Commission continues Amanda's Way hearings to May 12. The Halifax Conservation Commission voted unanimously on March 10 to continue hearings for Amanda's Way Building 3 and Building 6 duplex projects to May 12 and to approve a Certificate of Compliance for 105 Palmer Mill Road. The commission welcomed Conservation Agent Dan Levesque and addressed a cease-and-desist complaint at 16 Old Summit Street, where engineer Dave Klenert reported that cleanup requirements have expanded significantly beyond the original permit scope, requiring a new Notice of Intent submission.
