Conservation Commission · Meeting of July 28, 2026

The Halifax Conservation Commission unanimously continued four environmental permit hearings on July 28. The 59 Paradise Lane stormwater management hearing moves to August 11, the Notice of Intent review at 16 Old Summit Street to August 25, and Amanda's Way Building 3 and Building 6 hearings to September 8, all deferred for pending peer reviews or procedural clarification. The commission also postponed discussion of a proposed conservation restriction on two wetland parcels (16.77 and 3.86 acres) for a solar array project east of Monponsett Street, requesting additional information from applicant Oxbow Associates regarding coordination with Plympton's conservation efforts.
