The top sale was 13 Arrowhead Path, which sold for $800,000 to Eric Charles and Lauren Bonome. Sales split evenly between the under-$500,000 and $500,000-to-$1 million tiers, with no property topping $1 million. Three additional transfers recorded for nominal consideration, including two involving trusts, were not market sales. The data shows a town with modest, evenly distributed transaction activity across price ranges during the period.
