Halifax records four disclosed home sales in August, eight transfers with price undisclosed
Plymouth County deed records show 12 property transfers in Halifax between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only four disclosed a sale price, ranging from $405 to $764 with a median of $577. The period's most notable transaction by disclosed price was 3 Pasture Lane, which sold for $764 on Aug. 5 from Malia and Donald Clinton to Kimberly Perrault. Wood Street saw the most activity, with four lots transferred from Middleboro Farm LLC to separate buyers, none with a disclosed price. With two-thirds of deeds carrying no sale price, the available data is too limited to characterize overall market tone this period.
