Ten Halifax Property Transfers Recorded as Median Price Hits $505
Halifax recorded 10 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, six of which disclosed a sale price ranging from $400 to $820, with a median of $505. The top disclosed sale was 61 Stoney Weir Rd at $820, sold by the Paula J. Odonnell Living Trust to Brian Adams and Laurie Anne Tuholski. Plymouth Street had two of the month's transfers. Half of all recorded transfers involved family members or trusts on both sides of the deed, and four of those five did not disclose a price, a pattern in the data that separates them from sales between unrelated buyers and sellers, all of which were disclosed.
