Halifax Finance Committee stalls on school budget data as new Town Administrator prepares to start. Walters confirmed that Interim Town Administrator Bob Fennessey is expected to depart within weeks after the permanent Town Administrator starts Monday, and a tentative joint budget review with the Select Board is scheduled for March 24, though Walters said he hopes to move the date earlier.
