Halifax recorded nine property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, five of which had a sale price recorded ranging from $410 to $669, with a median of $623. The month's top recorded sale was 20 Aldana Road at $669, sold by Grant and Geraldine Presby to Michael and Vanessa Burke. Four transfers, all between parties sharing the same last name, carried no price recorded yet, consistent with family or trust transfers. Based on the raw count, the period reflects a steady flow of roughly two recorded transfers per week, with no data available to compare against prior months.
