Halifax Records Ten Property Transfers in Late July, Four Within Same Families

Halifax recorded 10 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds data. Six transactions disclosed a sale price, ranging from $410 to $840 with a median of $626; the other four were transfers within the same family, mostly individuals moving property into trusts, and listed no price. The period's top disclosed sale was 60 Thompson St., Lot 1, at $840, sold by BLR Built LLC to Ryan and Victoria Holman. Thompson Street was the only street with more than one transaction. With 40 percent of filings representing non-market family transfers, the dataset offers a limited but consistent picture of pricing for the month.
