Nine Halifax deeds recorded from $435 to $820, three prices still pending
Nine Halifax properties recorded deed transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, six with sale prices on file ranging from $435 to $820 with a median of $566. The top sale was 61 Stoney Weir Road at $820, sold by the Paula J. Odonnell Living Trust to Brian Adams and Laurie Anne Tuholski. Three sales, including a Wildlands Trust Inc. acquisition and two apparent within-family transfers, have no price yet recorded, consistent with the registry's typical reporting lag. Sales were spread across eight different streets with no geographic cluster, and a third of transactions involved a trust as buyer or seller.
