Halifax Records 11 Property Sales in Late Summer, Median Price at $625
Halifax recorded 11 property transactions between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, according to Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records. Five sales have a recorded price so far, ranging from $497 to $825, with a median of $625; the other six are awaiting price data. The period's top recorded sale was 2 Bourne Dr. at $825. With six of 11 sales still lacking price data, the period's full price picture remains incomplete.
